Do this:
Hold an apple.
Examine it, all sides.
Now focus on it more intently.
Take it apart in your minds eye.
Examine the insides.
Hold an apple.
Examine it, all sides.
Now focus on it more intently.
Stare intently at the apple.
Let your minds eye begin to penetrate.
Keep your focus
Move through the apple.
Do this with other objects, like a rock.

It’s fairly easy to do this with an apple.
It’s a bit more difficult to take apart the rock or go through it.
When you look at the apple, that image is reflected into your brain where that reflection projects against the parts of your brain that record the image.
Now, you, your minds eye, are looking at that image. You’re not looking out through your eyes, your eyes don’t work that way. What’s happening is photons are bouncing off the apple and into your eyes, and you have the equipment to decode the photons, to assemble them into the shape and color of the apple. You just made a memory of the apple your holding, and you’re looking at the memory like a live video.
You have held apples, many times. You’ve peeled the, sliced them, plucked the seeds out of them, and ate them. You know the apple! You have so many memories stored, and you can recall them all instantaneously as you take the apple apart or move through it. In your mind, you can create that whole video perfectly.
You can do it with the rock too but it’s not as full or smooth of a video, it’s choppy as you watch it, there’s gaps, because you don’t have as many memories taking a rock apart, or eating one, but you may have broke a rock so you have a few of those memories.
So, you see, memory recall affects how easy it is to go through an apple vs a rock.
But that is just using memory.

We’re the space between the nucleus and the electron. We’re both outside of and inside matter. We are inside our body, but we are also outside of it. Our observation holds it all together, but we are so attached to our senses, to matter, that we lost awareness of who we are as some form of pure energy potential in the fabric of the cosmos.
‘Pure energy potential’
Because we are energy separate of matter and we have potential relevant to our level of awareness as a whole.
We can move through matter.
